MY STUDY METHODS

 Personally, I'm not very good at studying because I get distracted easily, so what I do is pay attencion in class and just review some things. When I need to review I do the following: I get comfortable and start reading, it works for me to underline what is most important and then write down separate shiet what I might forget. Later when I get to school we exchange doubts with my classmates.  The day before the exam I try not to stay up late because I believe that sleeping is good for the body and when you sleep well you can pay attention to the exam questions. In the end I think that is what has worked best for me and that is my study method.

QUICK AND EASY BREAKFAST TO TAKE TO SCHOOL

 Many times, due to the short time between classes, it is not possible to go out and buy something for breakfast, so it is important to have something from home. I really like oats and that's why I prepare different things with it, for example: Oatmeal hot cakes. To make them, grind the oats in the blender, add a banana and an egg, and put this mixture in the pan. Oatmeal smoothie with apple: this recipe is very easy to make, you just have to grind some oats and apple with milk in the blender and that's it. Another way yo eat it is to put some whased oats in a jar , add a little milk and add the choped fruit of our choice, such bananas, apple, walnut, Let it sit overnight and eat in the next day. Personally, this is one my favorites because you can add different things everyday easy prepare.

EXPERIENCES BY MEDICINE STUDENT.

 I have had different experiences as a medicine student, good and bad. The first, before entering the major. When I took the exam I was very nervous because there were a lot of people and they all wanted to be in the same major. Later, when I starded classes, I learned how to inject and that was something that scared me because I didn't want to hurt my classmates . I like learning about the human body and in  this time I have seen many things. And I have also had very interesting practices like seeeing an electroencephalogram. I still have a lot to see, but so far I have had good experiences.

ROUTINE AS A MEDICINE STUDENT

This semester my schedule is calm, that is, I arrive late and leave early so I can do different activities during the day. Every morning I get up at 7 o'clock. Then I do a little exercise like jumping rope and then I take a bath. I go to school in a "sprinter" and when I arrive I have something to eat. I take some classes such as English, pharmacology, homeostasis, biological agents, among others that are quite interesting. When I have a free time I play basketball or eat. Then, I go home, have dinner and do homework, a lof of homework. When it's almost 11 I go to bed, sometimes I watch a video and sleep.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO IMPROVE AS A COLLEGE STUDENT??

 To improve as a student I have done some things, for example, I sleep approximately 7 hours a day. I think it's important to stay focused in class. I have exercised in the mornings to control stress. I like to underline what is important in my notes, it helps me study. I feel good when I have good grades. Finally, I can see that I am a better student now, maybe I am missing some things, but I am trying to improve. I can have better habits. I am interested in being a good doctor.
